The Founder
Div Churiwal started Nexus Multimedia in San Diego after recognizing a gap in the market. The agencies serving law firms and professional services fell into two categories: large firms that assigned clients to junior account managers and treated every engagement like a template, and freelancers who lacked the breadth of capabilities to deliver comprehensive results.
Nexus was built to be neither. Every client works directly with Div. There are no account managers, no junior strategists learning on your dime, and no ticket queues. When you call, you reach the person running your strategy. When a decision needs to be made, it gets made immediately. This is not a scalable model by traditional agency standards, and that is the point. We are not trying to serve hundreds of clients. We are trying to serve a focused group of clients exceptionally well.
What We Believe
Accountability over activity. We do not hide behind vanity metrics. We report on the numbers that matter: rankings, leads, cost per acquisition, and revenue impact. If something is not working, we say it first and adjust immediately.
Integration over silos. SEO, PR, reputation management, content, and web design should work together as a single coordinated strategy. Most agencies sell them as separate products with separate teams that rarely communicate. We build them as interlocking components of a single growth engine.
